C We R Here Complex Care provides support to individuals with a mental health diagnosis to live a fulfilling and independent life. With the delivery of bespoke person-centered, residential support that is built with and around the individual.
We operate out of Ogle House, a newly refurbished purpose-built 18-bedroom home in Nottinghamshire. The home consists of 18 bedrooms with ensuites, kitchenettes (in selected rooms), two communal areas with fully fitted kitchens, and a multipurpose room for visitors and activities. Our trained staff creates a safe and effective service that aims to support individuals on their journey to recovery, helping to promote independence and creating a focus on goals and outcomes.
Ogle House is a home to individuals who need support with the following;
- 11 beds are available for individuals who have recently been within an in-patient mental health setting. Ogle House provides a rehabilitation and step-down support service for a maximum of 12 weeks. Within this time individuals will be supported to transition from the acute in patient environment back into the community with the use of outcomes planning and development of life skills. Following an individuals time within Ogle House, we are able to support them to continue their journey of recovery through the provision of supported living, support in returning to their own homes and referral to other services where appropriate.
- 7 beds are available for individuals who currently require 24-hour residential support on a longer-term basis. Skilled staff are available 24 hours a day in order to support people in managing their mental health.

- Liaising with Multi-Disciplinary Teams
- Promotion of a Healthy lifestyle
- Family support and contact
- Life skills including cooking, meal planning & budgeting
- Developing and monitoring short-term and long-term goals
- The development of Recovery and wellbeing focused care plans
- Oversight of Support and well-being by a Registered Mental Health Nurse
The aims of our service are:
- Enable those individuals who have recently been in in-patient services and live with a mental health diagnosis to begin their journey to independent living through the use of outcomes planning and staff support.
- Support individuals in gaining confidence and life skills to work towards supporting themselves within the community.
- Promote healthy lifestyles and coping strategies for individuals to begin to manage everyday life.
- Create multi-level rehabilitation strategies that encourage wellbeing, stimulation, and a sense of purpose.
